A Day with our Newest member.

WerbenJagerManJensen or Smitty is what he prefers to be called. Smitty is from Bikini Bottom and is excited to work with the rest of the team. Smitty is 23-year-old with a degree from Bikini Bottom University. For all those who have not met Smitty he is part of our community reach team, He helps with promoting community events that are held all over the city. He has worked on the event that helped the local sports team give back to the community by giving the kids in that community laptops so they would be able learn from home during the pandemic. He did great work and when the groups came to the event it was a crowd. Smitty did a great job organizing that event that help hundreds of poor funded families across the city. This is not the first thing that Smitty has done, when he was in college, he organized a meet up with the athletes at his school for the general population of students to get to know the athletes that they were cheering for on Saturday. This was a great idea as it made the gap between students and athletes shrink, with this event it allowed the students to really get to know the athletes. In the gathering the athletes would tell people what they liked to watch when they are relaxing and with this it was easier for the non-athletes to come up to them as they would have something in common.

We asked Smitty about his new job here at Inside the Huddle.

Q: “What do you like best here”

A: “Just the freedom to be creative in my own mind and not being forced to do the same work over and over again, this helps me stay out of a rut and help keeps things fresh and keeps new ideas flowing.”

Q: “What made you choose Inside the Huddle?”

A: “I saw them do a bunch of stuff within the community and I wanted to be a part of that as quick as I could, it really does feel good to give back to the community and organize it.”

With Smitty being the newest member of the team and many more to follow him We feel that the company is in good hands to continue with the great reputation with the community that it lives with.
