Q. What does Outside of the Huddle do?
A. We at Outside of the Huddle help athletes with stuff that is “outside of the Huddle” this can range from a lot of things from press conference, events that the athlete is having just to name a few things. This is why we dawned the name Outside of the Huddle.
Q. When did Outside of the Huddle start?
A. We started in 2018 when a group of guys who loved sports came together to form the organization to help athletes that needed help with things off the field. We did this because we did not want athletes to struggle when they came off the field and wanted to be just as good as they are on the field as off the field.
Q. Are you hiring?
A. We are always hiring new talent when it comes to Outside the Huddle. We are looking to expand our team with the most inspired people that we can find and the people who think outside the box. We like to have people who are on the outside looking in.
Q. How does Outside of the Huddle meet the needs of the community?
A. Here at Outside the Huddle we meet with our community leaders every month to make sure that we are meeting the communities needs and to make sure that we are doing everything in our power to make the community that we serve a better place then what we found it as. Its just our way of giving back to the people that help us get through the day.
Q. what is the workplace environment like?
A. The workplace environment at Outside the Huddle is very family like. We work together to figure out solutions to problems that we might not have seen. We make sure that we always get problems that we are facing solved or we find another way as that is what we teach as soon as people are hired here at Outside of the Huddle.
